Dave Sadler

Growing up on the edge of the Delta in Arkansas, blues inspired music surrounded Sadler. Where a typical kid might have been found listening to the latest top 40 rock hit, Dave would often be found locked away in his room listening to the likes of B.B. King and Elmore James, trying to emulate their playing styles.

Also heavily influenced by modern players such as Eric Clapton, Robert Cray, Stevie Ray Vaughn and others, Dave's playing style is a blend of blues, rock, jazz and funk, utilizing both electric and acoustic guitars.

Sadler has numerous recording credits and has been featured on several blues compilation releases. His work has been reviewed in Blues Blast Magazine, Wasser-Prawda, Blues Magazine, Mary4Music and other publications. His music can be found in various production music libraries. Sadler can frequently be found playing live at various music festivals, clubs and other venues. He currently plays with the Port City Blues Players and is an active member of the Port City Blues Society.
