Daveed Lucid is a Honduran/British Hip Hop Artist, Producer, Sound Engineer & CEO of Lucid Music, migrating with his family from England to Australia at 14 years old. Daveed established Lucid Music in 2010. Known for his controversial subject matter, powerfully poetic lyricism, psychedelic drenched production & introspective vibes, the multi-talented artist is responsible for executive producing EP's, Albums & Mixtapes for dozens of acts across Australia, as well as releasing a flurry of his own projects since 2012 that have defined and developed his own original sound.
In 2016 Daveed Lucid met Pluto, who would initially become his DJ, but eventually grow to be his chief collaborator and best friend. Pluto hosted "The Vision" and also played a huge contributing role to "The Fountain Of Youth". On August 2017 Daveed was arrested by Undercover Drug Squad Detectives and held for 12 hours after leaving Pluto's home. Pluto turned himself in a week later and was placed in remand, eventually being sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. Daveed supported him through out his sentence, collaborating to create a new sound. Releasing break thru projects "Free Pluto", "The Vision II" & "Inside Out", the first collaborative album recorded through prison calls in Australia.
Now Pluto is free and Daveed is ready to commence a new chapter in Lucid Music History.
