Daven was a skatepunk / melodic hardcore band from Guatemala City.
"Albino" is a collection of songs that were previously released in EPs and singles handed out on tapes and CD-Rs at underground punk and metalcore shows in Central America. The title "Albino" was inspired by the late Copito de Nieve, an albino gorilla who died in 2003 - shortly after Daven last performed. The band was started by four teenagers influenced by technology, faith, film, philosophy, skate culture, and the inequalities of life in the third world.
