David Arona

David Arona is and electronic musician and producer who has its main sound foundation in dub.
Percussionist with pop-reggae band 'Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves' from 2001 to 2009, in 2007 he co-founded and played drums for 'Mimmo and Ritual the Club', a renowned reggae band he was a member of until 2017. His artistic journey was embellished, between 2010 and 2015, by two live-set projects, 'Drooling Beat' and 'The Dubatik'.
These experiences have given origin to and been at the core of his first solo album, which he played, mixed and produced in collaboration with the independent label Roccascina.

David Arona è un musicista e producer di musica elettronica che ha nel Dub il suo principale fondamento sonoro.
Percussionista dal 2001 al 2009 della formazione pop-raggae Alì Babà e i 40 Ladroni,
nel 2007 co-fonda Mimmo and Ritual the Club, rinomato gruppo raggae in cui milita fino al 2017 in veste di batterista.
Un percorso artistico impreziosito, tra il 2010 e il 2015, da altri due nuovi progetti di stampo live set quali Drooling Beat e The Dubatik.
Esperienze in grado di dare il là definitivo al suo primo album da solista suonato, prodotto e mixato in collaborazione
con l’etichetta indipendente Roccascina.
