Perthshire-based musician David Luximon releases brand album "A Certain Frame Of Reference" 29th November 2024 with Last Night From Glasgow.
Self-produced with the support of Creative Scotland, the album features sumptuous string arrangements and cello from Liz Hanks (Richard Hawley), Stax-like brass from Terry Edwards (PJ Harvey) and drums from Olly Betts (The Duke Spirit), also on mixing duties. The album was mastered by Paul McGeechan (Starless).
The album reflects on what it is to try and support someone through trauma, and to find hope together on the other side.
The new album is the follow up to 2022's acclaimed debut Duty Of Care, championed by BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio Scotland, Radio X and RTE-1 to name a few.
