David Tanklefsky is a founding member of the much-loved Massachusetts-based songwriting collaborative the Whiskey Treaty Roadshow. The group has toured consistently since its origination in 2014, sharing stages with bands like Blues Traveler, the Gin Blossoms, Adam Ezra Group and many more and thrilling audiences at music festivals across the country. In 2022, they won a New England Music Award for Best Roots Act and were honored by the Berkshires Community Action Council with its volunteer leader award for a livestream project that raised money for service workers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the Treaty, Tanklefsky performs often with various projects including his bandmate Billy Keane's solo project Billy Keane and the Waking Dream. He has collaborated and performed with artists including Hayley Sabella, Lyle Brewer, Andy Doherty (Frances Cone), Pat Sansone (Wilco), Johnny Irion, Emil & Friends and Craig Martinson.
