Davide Scognamiglio was born in Naples, Italy on April 20th 1996.
At the age of 16 he became passionate about music and electric guitar, studying first as self-taught, then attending a course held at the M.A.D. School (now CAMP Accademy) and later with Alessandro Liccardo (Hangarvain, Alessandro Liccardo).
In 2016 he bought his first Schecter guitar (Schecter Hellraiser C1), a moment when a real passion for the brand was born.
The same year he founded Aftermath, a young alternative metal band that immediately entered the Neapolitan music scene. He recorded with them the first EP of the band, "Ataraxia", released on May 11, 2017 for Volcano Records along with the lyrics video of the single "Grey Snow".
They also performed at Cellar Theory Live and SHED Music Hall during the Bones in the SHED festival organized by MVO Concerti, with the participation of bands like Rain, Stamina, Edu Falaschi (Angra, Almah) .
On December 16, 2017, the band performed at Live To Rock Metal Fest, which featured Cadaveria and Genus Ordinis Dei as headliners.
The band is currently in the preproduction phase of the first LP.
In January 2018 Davide announced "Megalodon", a concept solo EP about depression and inner fears. In March 8th he released “Heavy Rain”, single from the EP.
