Davijius

In 2009 the band Davijius is born in San Bernardo, Santiago of Chile as a solo project of David López, with a different staging, with live loops, acoustic-electric guitar and keyboards. 2014 meant the beginning of Davijius as a band when Fabian Carroza and Óscar Uribe joined the band on drums and bass respectively. This musicians recorded in 2015 the first Davijius album “Un Viaje” -A Journey- a post-rock album characterized by it’s melancholic and cosmic mood. Compilation of songs that defines the raw matter of Davijius’s sound.
Nowadays, in 2024 the band has a new sound brought to it, by new musicians; Cóte troncoso in drums, in bass and the founder of the band in charge of guitar, keyboard and vocals, David López.
Davijius finds itself in this time and moment, in a intense creative process and in a series of live presentations.
