Davy Waweru

Davy Waweru is a Kenyan singer/songwriter who uses music as a tool to tell relatable human stories. His journey with making music has been experimental as he uses different sounds to express himself. Writing with a blend of Swahili and English Davy tries to embrace his local culture all the whilst sharing it with his international fan base.
Since his debut single in 2022 - "In the Cold", Davy has shown growth as he has continued to release captivating music. Some of his
best performing songs being - "Kila Usiku", "Home", "If You Dare", "Lifetimes" and "Pete".
Davy has also released a few collaborations, one being "Me" in which he featured his friend - Essy Okelo and the others with the SwaRnB artists - JADI in the songs titled "If You Dare" and his recent release - So Close.
In the spirit of pushing his limits, Davy has also experimented with different sounds as seen in the song - Bother, where he does a fusion of Afro pop with a touch of Amapiano. In future releases, he is determined to experiment more with regards to different sounds in order to give his fans different but wholesome experiences.
