We’re Dead Flowers from East Vancouver, Canada. This project was born from boredom in the COVID lock down. Fuelled by boxes of red wine, heart break, depression caves, and silver linings of joy; somewhere in the mix — Dead Flowers emerged.
Magnolia Electric Co., Justin Townes Earle, and The Byrds are some of our biggest inspirations to song writing — honest fables about love, loss and humility. Townes Van Zandt’s cover of Rolling Stones song ‘Dead Flowers’ made such an impact on us, we named our band after it.
