Bosnian teen pop singer Deen got his start in the country's first boy band, Seven Up. After leaving the group, the singer started work on his own music. Deen made his first attempt at being the Bosnian representative to the Eurovision Song Contest in 1998. He finished second that year in regional competition and reentered the competition in 2002 and 2003, finishing sixth and second, respectively.
