Musically born with early German Electronic Music, from Tangerine Dream to Kraftwerk, DEEP RISING path walks to TECHNO. Fascination for synthesizer hardware (Korg MS-20, Roland TR's and TB's boxes, Fairlight…): those were the times of New Order, Gary Numan, Ultravox, Visage and Soft Cell.
The other ingredient is DANCE Music. Soul and Funk. This DISCO influence mixed with Techno goes through the 80's with Pet Shop Boys, ABC, Jackson, Human League, Depeche, DRO, Propaganda, BombTheBass.
Spices added were Zappa, Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, Dylan, Fripp, The Cure, Siniestro Total, Radio Futura.
With a strong technnical background this "Journey of Deep and Disco", as Déepalma Records claims, takes us currently to Tosel & Hale, Deepjack, Stoto, Pascal Junior, Ben Delay, Nikko Culture, Mr. Nu, Marc Lower, Ahmed Kilic...
