Deep Sea Cosmonauts

Deep Sea Cosmonauts are DJ & Producer Steve (Cosmonaut) & talented keyboard player Davos.
The two first got together in a studio in Camberwell with fellow producer Mickey Simms to write & record their first track together "In Came You" featuring the iconic vocals of legendary New York poet Eric "E-Man" Clark.
This track became a labour of love, bringing in amazing singers such as Acantha Lang from New Orleans, & Jaelee Small to record extra vocals, harmonies and BV's, plus musicians such as Sally Potterton(Violin), Scott Baylis (Trumpet), Max Grunhard (Saxophone) Nick Bennet (Guitar) & Anselmo Netto (Percussion).
The track was first released on Weirdo records in March 2019 with remixes by Jason Herd & Cabarza, and was re-released a year later in March 2020 when they signed an exclusive deal with Made on Earth Records, with remixes from Danny Foster & Rogue, Andy Edit plus a special Disco Dub from the boys themselves.
The Cosmonauts have also collaborated on a track called ‘Espiritu’ with former Eastenders star Tony Discipline, which was released in July 2020 and included remixes by Jet Boot Jack and Deptford Dub Squad.
Their latest release ‘I Am Somebody’ came out in December 2024 with exciting remixes from House music legends K-Klass and French producer Mikeandtess.
The guys have also remixed the classic House anthem ‘Funkatarium’ by Jump, as well as the Balearic classic ‘A Song For Denise’ by SLOB.
