Def Soul

Def Soul is a rap collective that has been shaping the Sri Lankan music scene since 2017. Comprised of three talented members—Ethan (Producer/Vocalist/Lyricist), Brendon and Daham (Lead Vocalists/Lyricist)—the group has quickly made its mark with a distinctive sound that blends the traditional with the contemporary.

Their debut single, "Troubled Mind" (2018), served as a catalyst for the collective's rise, earning recognition within the Sri Lankan rap community and solidifying their place in the local music culture. In 2019, Def Soul followed up with their highly acclaimed mixtape, which garnered significant attention and radio play, noted for its raw, innovative approach to rap and hip-hop.
