DEM RENNER SEINE BAND is the spirited project of Munich-based singer-songwriter Günter N. Renner. Since its founding in 2004, the band has brought together a colourful cast of musicians to create a unique blend of Pop, Swing, Latin Jazz and Chanson. With charm, ease and musical depth, they deliver an uplifting sound full of poetic, fiery and sometimes delightfully eccentric moments.
Their live shows - over 200 to date - radiate joy, spontaneity and unmistakable character. Whether it is a sultry groove, a tender ballad or a playful twist, the band’s musical range creates an atmosphere of light-hearted sophistication.
The band’s evolving lineup has always been part of its charm. The most recent formation includes:

Over the years, many talented musicians have contributed to the band’s sound, including Thomas Kuhn (drums), Daniel Schmid (saxophone), Christian Wedemeyer (saxophone), Robert Hoheneder (bass), Anton Stürzer (guitar), Marc Piri (guitar), Coco Heinrichs and Anja Baldauf (accordion).
