Demri is a NY - based artist, producer, songwriter and all around musician who got her start in music at the tender age of six. She was introduced to the captivating essence of melodies and her ability to construct them as she sat at the piano with her father and siblings. Since then, she's been fascinated with the endless possibilities of input and output that music has to offer.
As a lover of eclectic creation, Demri draws her creative influence from a plethora of genres, such as Reggae, Hip - Hop, Rock, Calypso, Film Scoring and traditional Grassroots Gospel. With her musical origins rooted in rumbling organs and clapping hands in praise, Demri has honed in on a sound that is rich in faith and carries a spirit of reassurance of the life we live. Her desire is to extract the sound that has been divinely planted in her to communicate the love and effectiveness of what we can't see.
