Denise Strothers

Denise Strothers is a recording artist, worship leader and prayer ministry leader. She's a wife, a mother, a sister, the daughter of a Pastor, and a friend. Denise is many things, but she is at the very core of her soul: "I am a worshiper," she says.
Dr. Denise received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lancaster Bible College, Master of Divinity from Regent University, and her Doctor of Ministry from Howard University School of Divinity with a concentration in Church and Community. As a student, Pastor Denise focused her research on Sex Trafficking for the past 6 years of her study. Her dissertation work answers the question of how Christian men can help end the sexual exploitation of women and children. She examines a Christian man’s moral and ethical responsibility to protect women and children.

Denise is a fellow with the Center for Public Justice, Washington, D.C., which assists faith-based organizations in best-practices, local and state policies, and how to advocate for policy changes on behalf of rights for Christian organizations. Denise is a member of the U.S. Attorney’s Office Clergy Ambassador Program. She has partnered in implementing a panel discussion on domestic violence and a child sexual assault awareness forum.

Denise performs at venues and churches all around the country. Her freshman CD entitled Outpouring is being celebrated on streaming platforms around the world.
