<a href="spotify:artist:3Cm0t4tgJQtv1mA7HlaDOj" data-name="Dennia N&#39; Serenade">Dennia N&#39; Serenade</a> is a synth-pop band from Jakarta, Indonesia, blending indie pop, indietronica, and soft electronic textures. Formed in 2011 by six Visual Communication Design graduates, their music is known for warm synth layers, dreamy melodies, and intimate vocals.

Inspired by <a href="spotify:artist:0yNLKJebCb8Aueb54LYya3" data-name="New Order">New Order</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1VbWUxZTRNY2gw3qZ1tg9W" data-name="The Corrs">The Corrs</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1aX2dmV8XoHYCOQRxjPESG" data-name="The Human League">The Human League</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0lZoBs4Pzo7R89JM9lxwoT" data-name="Duran Duran">Duran Duran</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7t0rwkOPGlDPEhaOcVtOt9" data-name="The Cranberries">The Cranberries</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0lJlKQvuM2Sd9DPPyUXcHg" data-name="Sixpence None The Richer">Sixpence None The Richer</a>, they released their debut album Soaring Beginnings (Remastered) in 2011, featuring <a href="spotify:track:40KDXePRRxleGZdWnkQutr" data-name="All I Wanna Do">All I Wanna Do</a>. A day after Christmas 2011, they released <a href="spotify:album:4QZtff5oBA9gBlOANneOGW" data-name="Back into Jakarta">Back into Jakarta</a>, followed by several singles. In 2017, they released Prom Queen.

After a long hiatus, the band returned in 2024 with <a href="spotify:album:7GGOlTprkBdRLI7ugZJuus" data-name="Eerst Alleen">Eerst Alleen</a>, introducing a more alternative and introspective sound.

While studying in Yogyakarta, <a href="spotify:artist:697F7ZkQR7tErswxU3XC2Y" data-name="Anita Sofia Indri">Anita Sofia Indri</a> received a poem from someone she secretly loved. Years later, during her master’s studies in South Korea, <a href="spotify:artist:7H3jnoYgxVH2mwmJoowwxg" data-name="Dhony Saktiawan">Dhony Saktiawan</a> turned that poem into a demo. The result was <a href="spotify:album:7hSO057BTCWzezCair6CIM" data-name="FLING">FLING</a>, one of the band’s most intimate songs.

In 2025, <a href="spotify:artist:3Cm0t4tgJQtv1mA7HlaDOj" data-name="Dennia N&#39; Serenade">Dennia N&#39; Serenade</a> released their first Indonesian-language album, <a href="spotify:album:6V1f1XLzmaLEeuHASWb4wn" data-name="Aku, Tanpamu, Masih Kamu">Aku, Tanpamu, Masih Kamu</a>, featuring <a href="spotify:track:1mYIIIQHRXeAO0UXfa6ctx" data-name="Bertepuk Sebelah Tangan">Bertepuk Sebelah Tangan</a>.

Their music offers comfort through gentle rhythms, shimmering synths, and heartfelt storytelling, carried by Anita’s voice, Jessica Sophie Smits’ piano, Dhony Saktiawan’s synths, Pauldy Gaotama’s guitars, Vitorio Mantalean’s basslines, and Fitra Ramdhan’s retro-inspired drums.
