Derrick Ryan embarked on a solo career as a Recording Artist & Producer in January of 2019, fusing pop and punk inspired lyrics with electronic future-bass production techniques. Previously, this self taught musician spent his formative years as the lead singer of several rock, punk, and metal bands -- harnessing his stage presence and cultivating his inevitable vision to pursue a solo career in the music industry. Derrick Ryan is a cultural result of the post-genre paradigm within an ever evolving millennial landscape. His imaginative, imagery focused pop transcends audiences and crosses all genre-barriers, with a uniquely accessible voice to match. Recently, the triple-threat singer, songwriter, and producer has been supported by some of the world's biggest DJ’s including, Oliver Heldens, Lost Frequencies, R3HAB, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike, among others.
