Desmond Teague is a guitarist, saxophonist, flautist, composer, improviser, arranger, producer, educator, instrument repairman, and instrument maker from Poughkeepsie, NY. Taking inspiration from across the entire musical diaspora, as well as his perception of the world and the people in it, Teague paints compelling sound portraits from his infinite palate of sonic possibilities.

This music is made with the hope that it may bring people closer; closer to the creator, closer to their ancestors, closer to the people around them, and closer to themselves.
