Despise The Catatonia is a Thrash Metal band formed by Paul Gündel in early 2024
On May 31, 2024 the first single “Crystal Lake” was unleashed upon the world.
A new single called “The Wrath of Apep” will be released on April 25, 2025. After drummer Ole and guitarist Nikki left the Band plans for an upcoming EP have changed. The band now has two new members that are currently working their way into the set.
