Detrifus was born in the south of Bandung in 2011 with the embryo of Crust Grind Punk which was more or less influenced by Extreme Noise Terror, Disrupt, etc.
Experienced several line-up changes, starting from the initial line-up filled with Rieski, Heru, Isal, Akbar and Rey. This line up did not last long, Rey's position was replaced by Beko, in 2012 this line and up spawned his first album containing 10 songs entitled "Strict Crust Grind Punk". Two years on Detrifus began to explore Crust Punk music as evidenced on their EP entitled "Morgue". Containing 6 Neo Crust songs with melodic Crust riffs and pounding drums as well as loud vocals, influenced by bands like Ekkaia, Ictus, November 13th, etc.
Before going on hiatus for an indefinite period of time due to their respective busy schedules, where Rieski, Beko and Akbar were forced to continue their lives outside the city, Detrifus had released a music video taken from one of the songs on the Morgue EP entitled 30 September.
In the midst of the hiatus, Heru and Isal continued Detrifus, assisted by Iki, Ajay and Rey who re-entered. The line-up did not last long, making the latest line-up of Detrifus now filled by Isal, Iki, Ajay, Juple and Kris.
