Devil 69

DEVIL 69 was formed in mid-1998 from the idea of doing something different from what was being seen at that time within the Argentine metal scene.
Since the beginning, DEVIL 69 focused on making music that had a great variety of songs, maintaining a style with a strong tendency towards groups such as Motley Crue and the hard rock of the 80s, Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Rammstein, Dope, Orgy, Murderdolls, Sinisstar, etc. The idea started from Eve Monroe (bassist) who contacted Wash (drummer) and commented on the idea he had in regards the scene. Wash have met El Brujo (rhythm guitar) from having played together in another band and introduced them. Soon after, they decided to look for a singer and found Gatthy. To achieve a new sound, Monroe contacted a keyboardist called Undead who stayed in the band for about two years. After Undead left for personal reasons, Sebastien joined the keyboard who not only brought his knowledge innovating new sounds, but also a more modern way of playing. In the course of 2005, both Sebastien and Gatthy left the band and Nadia (vocals) and Crovax (guitar) joined. Also, in its musical evolution the band decided to replace keybords by sequences that would evolve the evil sound...
DEVIL 69 were opening act for many recognized international bands such as the legendary 80's band Sisters of Mercy, Lacuna Coil, Deathstars, 69 Eyes, Xandria, and others.
