Bart K. a.k.a. Devnik, born in 1990 – is a Dutch producer/DJ. Devnik has been playing the drums since age 15. This never became more than a hobby, but wanting tilo make music has always been a passion. Discovering how to make music with computer software was a dream come true. He was finally able to be the whole band, instead of just the drummer.
Starting off in the summer of 2008 with electro beats and after actually releasing his first electro track, he discovered a thing called 'dubstep'. At first, the music didn't catch his attention, but after listening to it more and more he saw the potential of the genre. The slow paced beats and heavy subs were something unheard and amazing. At that moment he knew; I need to make dubstep. Or at least something in that alley.
