Devyn Rush

Devyn Rush grew up in a musical family, in a small town outside of Philadelphia. She began singing as soon as she could talk and started acting in musicals and TV as a kid. Devyn fell in love with jazz during her teen years and was the vocalist and bassist in her high school's jazz band. When she was 15, Rush performed at Lincoln Center, originating a role in the 2007 Tony Award-winning musical, Spring Awakening. She moved to New York City immediately after graduating from high school to continue pursuing her career. During this point in her life, Devyn was featured on season 10 of American Idol. Her trajectory has led her to become an in-demand session vocalist, performer, and songwriter, having her songs featured on TV shows and recorded by artists in Austria, Japan, and Korea.
