Thomas Regnault, alias Dew Town Mayor, creates total artworks. He belongs to this generation of artists for whom sound and pictures appear at the same time.

Thomas Regnault also creates short musical films, ranging from absurd animated videos (Fanfan Modeste with Geoffroy Monde) to music videos for his own music and that of other artists.
When Thomas is not in his studio or on a film set, he plants trees. Because his inspiration and the sensitivity that derives from it probably come from his love of nature, this manifests itself as a passion for forest-gardens, botany and vegetarian cooking.
