Musical group DFA also known as “Don’t Fuck Around” is comprised of 2 music artists who share a love for music and a passion to create something much larger then themselves and where they come from. Group members are Big Wu, and Dub. There mutual love of rap music transcended into the the 2 forming a rap group now called DFA. The two members (Big Wu & Dub) are actually brothers who were born and raised in Dallas, TX more specifically Mesquite. Their deep Texas roots found them listening to Texas rap artist such as Z-Ro, ABN, SUC, UGK, Bun B, Pimp C, DJ Screw and other Texas rappers at an early age which instilled a love of Texas rap. They also get musical inspiration from other rappers such as Jelly Roll, Yelawolf, Caskey, Suicide Boys and Rittz to name a few. Being Texas boys by heart it’s no surprise they have a love for country and rock among many other genres which contributes to their unique sound and musical attributes. It’s been said their music will make you nod your head or make you cry and everything in between. Their passion and drive are unmatched compared to other undiscovered artists. DFA in time will be known to masses.
