Born on the 15th of April 2000, in Bucharest, Diana V has been passionate about music ever since she was five years old, when she also started singing. Her passion for music arose by listening to Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Billy Joel and other musical pioneers . Her musical style is heavily influenced by pop and soul, genres with which Diana V grew up as a child. Even though she hasn’t had any specialization courses, vocal training or songwriting coaching, Diana V is an uniquely talented artist, with a strong piercing voice and a particular musical style. “For me, music is a very effective form of therapy, it really keeps me sane and functional” says Diana V.
In 2020, Diana V releases her first single “Bad Girls Get Lonely Too”. The track boasts an incredible success for an artist’s first release; it is already being played by important radio stations in Romania, as well as having been licensed in Greece and Cyprus. The track also hit #28 Shazam Romania, while having received great feedback from key industry specials.
With an incredibly strong and piercing voice, and an innate talent for writing and composing, Diana V is definitely one to follow!
