Dickforshort was a Chicago-area punk band that was active from 1997-2001. Self-released two EPs and released Looking for Answers on Canada’s Labeled Records. The band toured the United States twice and consistently played the legendary Fireside Bowl in Chicago. Notably, one of Dickforshort’s last shows at the venue was <a href="spotify:artist:6Wr3hh341P84m3EI8qdn9O" data-name="Rise Against">Rise Against</a>’s first.
After their breakup in 2001, members went on to play in The Silent Treatment, The Role Models, <a href="spotify:artist:6CkMk1pB6ANgscUPhOCvCt" data-name="Resistors">Resistors</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:2z25N2y6njLhYuuFkaqz5f" data-name="Bound & Buried">Bound & Buried</a>.
