DieGlocke

DieGlocke is the culmination of a long-awaited collaboration between Markus and Eduard, who had dreamt of making hard-hitting music since their college days. The band initially came together in June 2013 with Jake on guitar and Pidong from Whore's Rubbish on drums, but after some time, Emons from Lost Tribe and GOV took over. After completing the recording of their debut album, they added Gensar for turntables, adding a new dynamic to their evolving sound.

Their independently produced debut album, Bounded by Failure, marked a pivotal moment in their journey. Not long after its release, Gensar and Emons left the band and was replaced by Dikoy, a John Lloyd look-alike drummer from Orange Crunch and Toad River. Committed to blending each member’s diverse influences, DieGlocke forged a sound entirely their own, capturing the raw energy of Davao's underground scene. Last June 22, 2024, DieGlocke released the single "The Machine" in Spotify followed by the released of the 2nd album "After Taste" on June 29, 2024. Their music is a bold expression of originality, with each track echoing their collective passion for pushing boundaries as The ViKings of Davao's underground.
