It’s a summer evening and you’ve found yourself in a dimly lit bar in Austin, Texas. College kids are crowding into a photo booth at the entrance while the art on the wall suggests an anonymous history of music from a lost era. A first date is in the booth behind you, nervously talking about their favorite colors. God, you wish they would stop. Before you turn to leave, a loud guitar chord shuts them up.
