Rafael Bonmati, born in 1974, is a versatile musician, music producer, and DJ passionate about electronic music. From a young age, he delved into creating electronic melodies using synthesizers and exploring rhythmic creations with samples. His musical journey dates back to the 90s, where he initially immersed himself in production and later ventured into the DJ world.

Under the pseudonym ASTRAL LIGHTS, Rafael refined his craft, achieving global success with two standout tracks in the indie dance genre on the renowned Beatport platform, securing the 11th and 14th positions worldwide. Recognized for his innovative use of vocoders in music, Rafael draws inspiration from iconic pioneers like Jean Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Daft Punk, and Giorgio Moroder.
