DigrassoSwedish EDM artist Digrasso creates music that can bring a smile to your face. Inspired by artists such as David Guetta and Charlie XCX, his approach to music is infused by a solid, yet versatile style with one unique underlying goal: to have fun.
Speaking on his early musical influences, the artist relays, “’I was very influenced by bands like Guns N' Roses, Van Halen and Ozzy Osbourne. So a lot of the early tracks I wrote were in that 80s heavy metal style”. These early influences also shaped his musical style, making the guitar the grounding stone of all his musical work.
Discussing his writing style, the artist comments, “I don't really have a creative process. I just sit down and experiment“. This freedom is firmly guided by a solid personal goal, “the important part is just to have fun and try to create something that you want to listen to yourself”.
Digrasso has been featured in over a hundred curated playlists and about 20 different blogs, the highlights include playlists such as Digster Italy and Romania, KissFM, This Is Tomorrowland and POP vibes. Also blogs such as Bong mines entertainment, POPMuzik and LA On Lock.
In 2021 the artist got signed to Gothenburg-based Rexius Records. He’s currently preparing for the release of his first single with the label.
