diip's love for music began back in his home town in Sweden at primary school, when starting a punk/rock band with some schoolmates - influenced by reknowned Swedish band Ebba Grön. There, he developed into a musician and learned how to play drums and guitar, eventually ending up as the bands drummer. Some years after he quit the band moving out from city, and his musical dreams with it – but his love for music was kept alive with idols such as Elvis Presley, Hanson and alot of trance, dance and techno.
Graduating from secondary school with top grades in music, diip wanted to continue chasing his passion and started writing rap songs on beats found on the net. The year after, a collab with local rapper ThugHoe was established, but after a while diip felt like pursuing a solo career.
A large fanbase built up who encouraged him to go ahead with his career. After achieving a number of local hits diip was enrolled to one of Swedens major music festivals and performed in front of hundreds, but got tired of all attention.
End of 2017 diip felt a rise of inspiration and was ready to return to his musical career. A chain of events led to signing with Norwegian record label Stereo Presidents owned by producer/musician Paul Waardal Arnesen and producer/Dj Sergio Do Carmo. Here he was motivated to write the best songs for his future audience.. [2018-2020]
Diip loves LA-music as of BJ The Chicago Kid, Anderson Paak, J Cole and Tupac. Lyrics and flow are important aspects to him
