DīN Khary, AKA "Flash The Jeweler", was born Philadelphia. Coming from a family if artist, As a child, DīN Khary played several instruments, drew cartoon characters, and enjoyed listening to his older brothers rap with their friends. One day, DīN Khary figured he'd give rapping a shot. First performance was in the classroom with his 7th grade classmates at the catholic school he attended. It was right before Christmas break, and his peers loved it.
Through his High School career, he took music more serious. Inspired by 2Pac, Jay-Z, Kanye West, and a few others; DīN fell in love with the art of song writing. At this time, DīN Khary knew he was destined to be known as one of the greatest artist ever.
Things changed for DīN Khary beginning of his senior year if high school. He moved out if his parents house and was in his own. Life totally changed. Became more involved with the streets of West Philly.
In an effort to get out of the street life, a close friend of DīN Khary helped get him into Lincoln University, where he attempted to transition into a legit business man from a street hustler.
Dreams of being a rapper began to fade as more responsibilities became apart of DīN Khary's life. Having a career, being a provider, and protector became the priority.
After years of struggles, working jobs, and evolving into more of a financially stable man; DīN Khary found his way back to the microphone, and is ready to tell his story himself.
