Diploid is an Israeli producer that has dedicated his life to electronic music. Diploid was created by Avihai Assraf, an artist by heart that was born and raised in the North of Israel. At a very young age Avihai was enchanted by electronic music and begun compiling beats at the age of 15.
Most of his younger years Avihai lived in Jerusalem where the oriental and local melodic music was everywhere to be found. Throughout the years Avihai produced different genres of music from Trance, House, Melodic Techno and Progressive House.
In 2011 Avihai began releasing his unique style of sound as Diploid in a variety of Labels around the globe.
Today Diploid is based in the heart of the electronic scene in the Mediterranean, Tel Aviv, and can be found playing in the leading clubs in the city.
Diploids music has been released by labels: Iconyc, Clinique, Mau House, Beat Boutique, Iboga Tech and more.
