Disney Amyka

The New York City based Disney Amyka who is of Jamaican parentage, was born into Caribbean Musical Royalty, her uncle, the chart-topping music producer, Rohan “Jah Snowcone” Fuller helped expose Disney to the music industry at a young age. She was privy to conversations about the music industry while witnessing private jam sessions with top musicians and songwriters.

All her hard work led to a chance meeting with, J. Conrad Robinson. Noted for discovering and helping to develop Alicia Keys, he provided key vocal production for industry heavyweights such as Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Jeff “Gitty” Gitleman, H.E.R, Mary J. Blige and others.

Disney draws inspiration from the likes of Lauryn Hill, Brian McKnight , Dennis Brown, Bob Marley, and more. Her desire is to blend contemporary R&B/Soul with Reggae & Dancehall in a truly unique & authentic manner. With her sweet melodic tones, Disney crafts songs that are designed to uplift and spread positivity and self-empowerment.

In 2021 Disney released her debut single "Feel Good" and gained huge airplay and support throughout the Caribbean. She is set to release her follow up single "Get Away" on July 1st 2022
