Divina Bajpai is a western classical pianist (ABRSM), music educator, songwriter, composer who has been releasing music independently since 2015.
Originally influenced heavily by western classical music, having performed with orchestras, given solo performances and also was one of the founding members of the first instrumental group at her college LSR— she segued into the country, folk, rock, pop segment shortly after completing college.
She is also one half of 21 Nocturne Alley, an all girl instrumental duo with Ritu Gopal. She kick started her music education initiative (The GetMusic Initiative) back in 2017 which focuses on music education for the masses.
4 Albums old, and 5th one releasing now, she has experienced and explored various genres through her music. Her newest single “Same Spot” is an introduction to her latest Album “Tea Party” which is a working collection of idyllic and satirical songs conceived at a make believe tea party. Same Spot is a song she wrote around the experiences of an introvert navigating an extremely extroverted world, sometimes faced by adversities in the form of souls who may lack humility & perspective.
