The Iranian-Danish producer and DJ, Ali Movasat, better known as DJ Aligator, is undoubtedly one of the biggest DJs in Denmark. Since the beginning of the 21st century, DJ Aligator has been topping the charts time and time again, solidifying his status as one of the best DJs in the world. His famous mega-hit "The Whistle Song" from 2000 became the best-selling single in Denmark upon its release, topping the charts across the Nordic region. It achieved 15 #1 placements, 12 top 3 placements, and 5 top 10 placements worldwide, selling over 6 million singles and appearing on more than 14 million compilation CDs. But it's not just the numbers where DJ Aligator shines. On the live front, the experienced DJ has proven himself time and time again, performing in over 40 countries, including Australia, the USA, and the UK, leaving a strong impression wherever he goes. He even won the prestigious "THE BEST DJ OF THE YEAR" award at the Big Apple Music Awards in New York, becoming the first Danish DJ ever to be nominated and win. In recent years, DJ Aligator has also focused sharply on Denmark, where his hardcore dance tracks have become a staple in clubs nationwide, earning him awards such as the "20 Years of Clubbing" award at the 2019 Club Awards and the "Live Act of the Year" award at the 2022 and 2023 Club Awards. Most recently, DJ Aligator released a new version of his biggest hit, "The Whistle Song," together with Steve Aoki and Timmy Trumpet.
