DJ Egadz

Southern California multi-instrumentalist and beat music creator Egadz has roots in all three of the largest California cities; San Diego, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The focus for Egadz, though more of an obsession, was making drum heavy music that was complex in melody and texture, leaving no room for a vocalist. He took the original form of what instrumental hip hop was and during the late 90‘s he ventured off in new directions by incorporating experimental electronics, fast progressions, varying time signatures, heavy build ups and suspenseful drops. At that time, no one made music like Egadz.
