I have been working in audio production for over 24 years. I started out in the diversified cities of the California Bay Area - the bay brought on a grasp for the deep underground hip hop scene. As this direction continued, I started an Independent label under SideTrack Records in 1998. When the music scene began to shift to the south in the early 2000s, SideTrack Records moved to the central areas of Florida. At this stage, I connected with additional engineers and media designers in the industry. Upon development and research, I created a Team that was diverse, innovative, experienced, and committed to the independent movement; the urban lifestyle; and the underground scene around the globe. As for Music Production, under dj spOol, I create with a rhythmic science that stages elements of trance, funk, trip hop, classical, and grit. The style is a beast coast to fresh coast vibe with a bay area experimental sound. My production spans the Independent scene globally and locally.
