DJ Zarif is a brazilian hip hop DJ, turntablist and producer from Boituva - São Paulo, his carreer started in mid 2016, when he developed interest in the art of djing and scratching by huge influence of his idol DJ Jazzy Jeff.
Mostly working with DJ Gigs and Hip Hop DJ Championships along with his producing, DJ Zarif won the “Scratch Kombat”, a DJ Championship hosted in the city of Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil.
These days he’s most focused in working with Leo Reis, their goal is the return of the classic duo DJ and MC in the Hip Hop culture nowadays. Leo Reis is a Mc from the city of Boituva and his childhood best friend, their sound can be categorized as a chill/underground hip hop.
