Chris Philip, a.k.a. DJ Zilos, developed a passion for music at a very young age. He grew up experimenting with a variety of different instruments and eventually discovered an affinity for the drums and percussive instruments. While majoring in music at college, Chris studied with Jeremy Wall from the Grammy Award winning band Spyro Gyra, who introduced him to a whole new level of recording and musical theory. Chris soon discovered a love for the art of DJ'ing and his talent for spinning heavy beats found an appreciative audience at various nightclubs across the greater New York area.
