Djimmee Music

I was born in Bordeaux, France in 1967. I stayed there growing up. I learned Piano and made a few things with a Yamaha electronic organ and a synth (Korg MS20) when i was a child. I gave up music in my young years, not patient enough i guess, and maybe the available tools were either too expensive for me (Fairlight, Moog, Sequencial circuits, Arp,...), or did not inspire me. It's hard to tell. I went back to music a few years ago, as i found in DAWs and VSTs more temptation. I have progressively upgraded my gear, up to what i have now, mainly one hardware synth (Roland Fantom 6), one main MIDI keyboard (Arturia Keystep 37), Ableton live, and VSTs (Arturia Pigments, Analog Lab, Valhalla Shimmer,...). I guess that kind of makes me a "self made home musician". I've worked hard and quite a while (several months) on my last title, Fractals. I'm also a fan of soundtrack composers as Hans Zimmer, Jerry Goldsmith, Ennio Morricone...
