Starting in 2017, Dmann was associated with the now-defunct rap group ‘Bo3’. Initially Dmann’s music was reminiscent of both West Coast & Detroit rap scenes, but he has since diversified to make a wider variety of songs, including more emotionally gritty pieces such as his single November.
Critical recognition from multiple underground media outlets only sped up Dmann’s rise, receiving cosigns from The Thizzler, New West Coast TV, and HipHop Seattle - just to name a few. As well as that, Dmann puts a strong effort into collaborating alongside local artists, not shying away from guest verses - while choosing to select Seattle artists to be featured alongside him in his own music.
