DnC Groove
is an Italian-Amsterdam-based electronic music producer and DJ who has been making waves in the industry since 2006.
His journey began with a breakthrough release on the legendary New York label West End Records,
featuring his first collectible vinyl, 12’x 2. Since then,DnC Groove has carved out a unique sound, blending electro,
techno, house, progressive, and dub influences that haveearned him global recognition through his high-energy DJ sets.
Originally from Sardinia, Italy, DnC Groove moved before to Berlin,London,Barcelona and Amsterdam in 2001,
where he began to establish himself as a dynamic force in the electronic music scene. His early music setup, including a
Yamaha DX-7 synthesizer and a Roland MC 303 groovebox,laid the foundation for his evolving sound.
Throughout his career, he has continued to incorporate live instrumentation into his performances,
often using a laptop and Roland grooveboxes such as the MC 505 and MC 909.
In 2006, DnC Groove earned a third-place ranking as one of the best upcoming Dutch talents, nominated by
the Amsterdam Pop Music Accademy GRAP. His talent and passion for music were further solidified through collaborations
with major global organizations,including the Amnesia World Tour & People from Ibiza,
where he performed as a dj across Europe in countries like Holland,Greece, and Italy. These performances,
along with his work with the Fr3ak3rZ parties, helped propel him into the international spotlight.
