CGM’s Dodgy is a well-respected rapper, who is ready to embark on a successful trajectory within the UK music scene in coming years. Born and bred in West London, Dodgy’s rise to prominence can only be put down to him and CGM’s ability to cater to and resonate with the ears of inner city youth across the nation.
Having shown a facet of his skills through a string of explosive entries; from generating 1.5 million on a “Lightwork Freestyle” beside fellow CGM members - Horrid1 and Sav’o; to snagging a spot on Pressplay’s “The First Drill” compilation on another team affair with the cold offering, entitled “Unprovoked” alongside Taze, Sav’o, TY, Rack5 and Horrid1. And last, but certainly not least Dodgy, TY and ZK have amassed well over half a million in three weeks by hitting us with a coveted performance on Kenny Allstar’s Mad About Bars freestyle platform on Mixtape Madness.
Delivering his first solo outing back in July titled, “Flavoured Pots” - which comes as a testament to his time spent grafting in the studio over the last year, which as a result, has allowed the rapper to hone in on his distinct flow, signature diction and sharpen his pengame. Marking a new chapter for Dodgy, that will see him steer away from releasing solely with his crew and instead, begin to unleash his raw and rugged aptitude over the mic, alone.
So there’s no questions as to what Dodgy has in-store for 2021.
