When she moved to the city and into her tiny Toronto apartment last year, Dominique had high hopes and knew her comfort would rest in the music.

As she blended modern singer-songwriter elements with an early 2000s nostalgia, Dominique offered a breath of fresh air in the current pop music landscape; It wasn’t long before she found a place to stay and soon after the people she could share that space with.

The artist says of her first project, ‘Sprig’ : i feel like this group of songs represent the first steps of growing into my sound. Sprig is also the nickname my Mom has called me since I was a kid, so it felt like the perfect title for a beginning. :)

Released on May 23, 2025, 'Sprig B-Sides' is a collection of tracks that remain closely connected to the first half of 'Sprig', but with a more subtle, intimate feel. Building on the essence of her debut EP, Dominique created a comforting space for listeners to connect with their own emotions, free from judgment or pressure—a place to sit with those feelings, just as she did during the creation of the project.
