Don Canova

Don Canova is a Baltimore native rapper with a fresh flow and a hook game that is undeniable. His music gives you that feeling that's missing from todays music. Even-though he's swaging like other artists, Nova adds realism and lyricism to his music which makes "Hip-Hop" heads appreciate his style. Don Canova got his name from studying art and came across an artist/sculpture from the late 18th early 19th century named "Antonio Canova". Finding his work amazing; Don Canova, Known as "Don C" at the time, re-invented himself to represent Art/Knowledge/and Power, "Don Canova". Growing up, Don Canova always had a love for music but didn't get 100% serious till he was in college, while realizing college wasn't for him. Influenced by legends such as Outkast, Hotboys, Nas and others, Nova started to create music that would put him on their level or even higher. Many people take different paths to become successful but Don Canova, on the other-hand, only sees one; Don Canova states "I don't see myself doing nothing but music. I don't wanna get stuck at a 9-5 where I would be miserable for the rest of my life. That's why I go hard cuz I have no plan B". Since then, Nova began to gain a following through-out the Baltimore/DMV area. With plans to take over the world, Don Canova has made it his mission to give us "all hits, no misses".
