DON DARKOE

Quin, previously active in the trap music scene, transitioned into drum and bass in late 2022 with the launch of his project, DON DARKOE. Focused on developing the sounds of Australian jump-up DnB, his music blends melodic synths with gritty, pitch-bending leads.

In 2023, DON DARKOE gained significant attention, with his bootlegs regularly topping download charts. He released his debut EP on the UK label CruCast and followed with an official remix of ShockOne’s ‘SAY WOAH’ through UKF. Shortly after, he signed to ShockOne’s label imprint, Dark Machine Records (DMR).

DON DARKOE has since toured across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and completed his first UK & European tour. His viral content on TikTok and Instagram has helped him grow a strong fanbase, especially in the U.S. With support from artists like Excision, Hedex, Pendulum, Dr. Fresch, and Alison Wonderland, he continues to build his presence in the drum and bass scene.

In 2024, DON DARKOE expanded his efforts to spread drum and bass culture to Asia, performing at the LOCUS drum and bass festival in Bali and playing a notable show in Myanmar in midst of a civil war, with over 1,000 attendees.
